Blessed beyond measure.

Wow. How have we lived a quarter of this year already? How does time go by so very quickly? Are we focusing on what is most important and how we can be sure that we are on the right track to Heaven, helping our Christian friends to stay on that straight and narrow, and how to reach out to the lost?
The month of March held a very, very special event. One of the best boys in the world, Calvin Barrett, became a Christian. He made the most important choice of his life. You know those days when things just don't seem to be going great, it's kinda hard to feel overjoyed about anything? Well, it is IMPOSSIBLE to feel that way when you get news about a baptism-- we dropped everything and headed down to join in the celebrating of this new Christian!! What a very, very good day this was! A special teaching and memory-building time with my babies, too!
Fun news around our house-- We've got an awesome loft bed for Kenna with Carter's underneath. Jake and Aunt Kelly and Uncle John are awesome!!
Getting to be a Roundhouse Board Member's Kid is FUN! We went to Arkansas together for the Board Meting, and went on to Memphis for the Youth Rally. What a good day we had. I am thrilled to know all of these Christian homeschoolers. I have wonderful friends and especially love how Candice and I look just the same in this pic! =) I do love me my sis!! <3
Spring is here, Summer's coming, and everywhere you look, it is beautiful!!
God's power and might can be seen any and everywhere.
"There IS a GOD. HE IS ALIVE!"
It is awesome to live in the country. My MM always says it's a little piece of Heaven on earth-- I certainly feel that my Missouri is just that, beautiful, perfect for me. Life is good.
I GOT TO SEE MY OLDER SISTER IN MEMPHIS!!!
It was wonderful to be together again after 3 and 1/2 months! I do miss my family, my congregation, my kiddos, my Georgia. There are so many places in this world that are just super great and I want to live there forever. =) Memphis is one of those places FOR SURE!
The Memphis School of Preaching Lectures are always so encouraging and uplifting. This year we studied the topic, "In GOD we trust." The fellowship time was soo, soo, soooooooo neeeded, too!!
And a little fun, too. Ok, maybe a LOT of fun. =) You've gotta cut-loose sometimes, right?! hee hee
While in Memphis I was impressed with so many things. I was encouraged to see so many older couples. So sweet to one another, so interested in God's word. Obviously using their lives for God. It makes you not want to give up on this life. I was encouraged to see all the young couples who have small children. They are working to teach their babies from a young age about God. They are showing an interest in the Bible that their kids will always remember. This also makes you not want to give up on this life.
Traveling on the trip was super fun. I love my friends. And. Isn't this sign awesome!?

You know, no matter how many times things go the wrong way, there are always things going the right way. Sometimes you literally have to stop and "Count your blessings, name them one by one." They are always there.
God makes our lives overflow with goodness when we follow Him- it won't always be easy, but it will be doable. He always gives us just what we need when we need it. And He gives us the tools we need to fight through anything the old devil has to throw at us.
We know that with God, all things are possible-- and we know that if we stay faithful,
WE WILL HAVE THE VICTORY!!!

And one other thing. Never. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Never. Take your strong Christian friends for granted!I love each and every one of you who help to make my life focused on GOD and making it to Heaven.

TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!!
